How does LED Therapy works?

IN THIS ARTICLE:

You may have heard about light therapy by now, but you may still have some questions. Questions like “how can I receive positive health benefits by just shining a light on myself?”, or even a question on what exactly light therapy is. But no worries, all the answers you are looking for are right here. — brief and easy to understand.

Exploring the world of LED Light Therapy

LED light therapy has made its way through the channels into the beauty and skincare world. It was found to help skin issues like stretch marks and wrinkles, to considerably more serious problems like the side effects of chemotherapy, while remaining one of the safest methods of skin therapy!

Now, if you, like most others, are hesitant about new technologies and what they may do to us, you have nothing to worry about. The photon therapy treatment is always non-invasive and almost always has no side effects.

Types of Photon therapy- choose the right one for you

Nowadays, beauty gurus strongly advocate for the use of blue LED light therapy and red LED light therapy. But how do we know which of these is the better option for your skin problems?

The different lights target different skin issues you might be having. So, for example, blue light calms down the skin, so if you have acne scarring you might enjoy this treatment. On the other hand, red light is good for boosting collagen and elastin, keeping your skin firm and flawless!

To get into the science of it, red LED light therapy is a non-invasive, simple treatment that brings a person’s skin and cells red and near-infrared light. It works when the mitochondria, otherwise known as the powerhouse of the cell, in the skin cells absorb the light particles. It can help the cells produce energy so that the cells may be able to respond better to damage and rejuvenate themselves.

Red LED light therapy has many benefits including an increase in collagen production which gives the skin its elasticity, an increase in circulation to the skin cells, and improving facial texture. If you are experiencing increasing smile lines, or sleepless nights leading to aging skin, you will find that the red-light therapy does wonders for your skin.

If you find that you do not require the benefits of the blue led light therapy, you can always try the RED LED+ Anti-Aging Therapy beauty device. The device is operated with 40 led bulbs and 2 modes to stimulate the fibre cells in your skin and help improve circulation, reduce wrinkles, and make the skin look smoother and more youthful. The best part is, both of these options are 100% UV free which means that it will not cause your skin any harm, with little to no recovery time after a treatment session.

You will not experience any pain or irritation on your journey to healthy and young skin by the end of the summer season!

Dear Linda,

Red LED light, in particular, has been shown to stimulate collagen production and promote cell regeneration, which can help reduce the appearance of wrinkles and promote smoother skin. However, results may vary depending on factors like the severity of the wrinkles and the consistency of use.

We suggest you to begin with 2-3 sessions per week for about 5-10 minutes per session. If you see good results, you can gradually increase the frequency to daily use. Each session can last around 10-20 minutes.
